Dobrá lokalita,rychlá wifi

Dobre vytápění.

Milá, velmi ochotná paní recepční, báječné pohodlné spaní. Jsme velmi spokojeni, určitě si pobyt zopakujeme.

Although I communicated many times to the staff at this facility confirming my reservation, including the day before my arrival with an expected time of arrival, the manager of the facility left, went home ater emailing me, I was on the way walking towards the hostel in a rain storm. She left me without lodging late on a Sunday night in a rain storm after traveling for several hours to get there. My bus was only 10 minutes late. I tried to call this woman once I saw the email....no answer. I then walked through the rain to the Pension. It was dark and locked up tight. I tried then to phone the phone number on the door, an after hours number I believe...no answer. My only thought can be that there is a major communication issue and lack of understanding that buses and trains can arrive late, which if she had taken the time to check, she would have learned. ..a disregard for humanity and human kindness and thoughtfulness. I wrote this woman after scrambling to find another place to stay to tell her what a hardship she had created for me. This was over 2 weeks ago; I have not received an answer.

Líbila se nám ochota personálu a čistota.

Bylo čisto, poměrně bohatá snídaně za doboru cenu.

Velmi ochotná paní vedoucí, nic nebyl problém, vše bylo dobře zorganizováno.

Čistota, vstřícná paní provozní, blízkost centra, světlý a hezky zařízený pokoj.
